G'day all!
A little about myself, I reside in Adelaide South Australia, dh has a new career and because this means quite a bit of travel, I have decided to retire a little earlier than I originally intended.
I have 2 children, both living on their own with their partners.
I discovered 3FC about 2 years ago and got all enthused and motivated. I thoroughly enjoyed the boards. I then started to get a bit slack and thought the B C B ers were for me and went with them to their new board. I met some great people there but got very tired of the rigidity of their philosophy and the constant religious overtones also got to me.
I am now back 'home' and have been lurking for the past few weeks and I am enjoying the more laid back style and the basic honesty which doesn't necessarily equate to whining.
I am re reading the book 'thin for life' again and I am ready to give this another GOOD go. I basically follow the WW program but do not attend any meetings. I have lost about 20 lbs since discovering 3FC 2 years ago, not exactly setting any world records :)
It could have been worse, so I am happy that at least I have maintained some sort of weight loss. I want to loose another 30 lbs or so (we work in kg hence I am not being very exact).
My daughter has told us that she will be getting married January 26 2002. It was originally going to be next March and I had more or less given up on trying to get to some respectable weight by then.
I now have more than 1 year to get rid of the access weight. I have learnt a lot these past few years and I am living a lot healthier life than I used to but obviously I need to improve even more.
I would love to join you guys for some additional support, I hope you won't mind having me.
Cheers
Maria

:) WELCOME MARIA :)
You bet we would like you to join us, so pull up a chair and pour yourself a cup of tea and chat away. My name is Slavika. I am Canadian (my ethnic background is Ukrainian)
I am married and my DH is a banker. We have one child a married son who just turned 35 yrs. I tried to explain I was very very young when I had him but the gals on this board are not buying it. :D We are lucky that our Son had the good sense to marry a lovely girl and we have two grandchildren, boy 7 yrs and the "Princess" 5 yrs. I reached goal weight with WW in October 1998 and try to hang on. Sometimes I'm up a bit but I do try not to let it get out of hand. Easier said then done. I still attend the WW meeting on a weekly basis and quite enjoy them. I also really like the gals on this board, they are friendly, supportative and lots of fun. Come and "see" us every day Maria and soon you will get to know us.
Once again, Welcome. :)

It sounds like everyone had a good Thanksgiving. My son and his new bride were home and we had my 93 yr. old mother here. It was a very nice day. :) I'm about out of turkey leftover ideas, so I guess I'll freeze it for a while. I did fairly well on Thursday, then totally blew it on Fri.
We went shopping and got a few presents. We were suppose to get the wedding pictures, but they weren't "checked in" so they wouldn't let us have them (after making a special trip to get them). They "forgot" to order my wallet-size that I wanted to put in some Christmas cards, so once again I am not a happy camper. My DIL chose this photographer, and it's been once mess after another. She's now wishing that she'd stayed local with the one my daughter used. Live and learn!
Our next 10 week WW session starts on the 11th and I can't decide if I'm going to re-join. I'd love to do the new program, it sounds really good, but with our yucky weather, I just don't know how many meetings I'd make it to. They make us pay the $99.50 up front. I don't know what to do..........
We put up the tree and my Dicken's village this weekend. It came out so nice. My DH and son did the outside decorating too.
We're suppose to have snow again tomorrow, so it will be so pretty. Wish I could stay home and enjoy it.
WELCOME MARIA! You'll enjoy it here :)

First of all, welcome Maria. Oh boy, what fun to learn about Australia. This board isn't just fun and inspiring, but educational, as well. It sounds as if you are getting ready to commit. You have already lost 20 pounds and mulled over your choices so I think that when you commit to a program you will follow through. WW 123 is a good program for life. And you have a year to do it in. Just keep in mind how you will look as the Mother of the Bride.

Doxie - I just reread your biography. Only you know what you can do, but let me just put in my $.005 worth. You said that your biggest problem is getting discouraged when the losses slow down and you give up. They always slow down, but for $99 you can keep plugging on. I personally have known few people who don't pay and still lose. They have no incentive to face that scale and just kind of drift away. Of course, you do what you need to do. Easy to preach, hard to follow. In other words, "Physician (or Glenda), heal thyself." Lily is such a good example of a person who is quietly losing and plugging away and will make goal.

Now that I am off my high horse, just wanted to tell Slavika that she isn't alone. I have a 31-year-old, born to me as a very young child. (Yeah, right!)

Page doesnt say how much it is but there is a number you can call to find out.

Glenda: Yep I just keep plugging away.

Thank you all for the very warm welcome, it is good to be amongst friends :)
It is a glorious morning here after a very hot spell (41 degrees C)we haven't even officially started summer yet.
We have recently moved to a house about 400 metres from the beach, it is just lovely. Because of the heat I had my first swim in many years a few days ago, I forgot how salty the water was :)
My first day yesterday really getting back on track went well and I stayed well within my points range. I also had a good look around Dotti's page for some additional tips and printed a daily journal from her site.
A 'tip' on Dotti's page to mark on the calendar every OP day with a star, I thought was a good idea and would give one an instant overview how well a week/month had gone.
Anyway I am set for another good day and again thank you for the warm welcome, I look forward to getting to know you all better :)
Cheers

LILY YIPEE guess who was UNDER her goal weight today. "ME" :)
149.2#~~~~~I have been trying to get a little bit of breathing space between me and that darn goal weight so that when I go to Hawaii in February I'm not sitting right on the fence.
MARIA hi there. Oh you should just be looking out my livingroom window today. YUCK. :( Snow, and more snow and the streets are getting slippery too. Oh I do envy you and your wonderful weather. Way to go getting back on program. LILY our computer expert on this board set up a special place for us to record our weight, recipes and things like that. If you want, I know she will show you how to find it. :)
DOXIE do you mean you HAVE to prepay your WW fees or only if you want to take advantage of a special offer? We also have these special offers, but if you are not able to go to ALL the meetings then it is better to just pay your fee each time you go.
That squirrel box my brother made for me sure is handy today with all the snow. My DIL is going to make me a sign for it calling it "Sammy's Restaurant". That's the name my grandchildren call my grey fat squirrel. :)
Ok, gang I'll come back later to see you all.

Evening everyone,

I've been reading the board and it seems like everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. Ours was nice my DD and roommate came in for the long week-end , we did some shopping Friday and Sat. we went to Corpus to see my on her 75th brithday. I do love seeing everyone but was glad when Sunday afternoon came and everyone went home.
Maria welcome to the board we are always glad to have someone new.
Doxie I know here you have to pay up front to get the specials, are you have to pay weekly, and if you miss a meeting you still have to pay for it. It has something to do with the area you are in, not WW as a whole. I sure wish that I could pay for only the meeting that I go to.

I did pretty go over the holidays with my eating but now I have to get it together I haven't lost any weight in about 3 or 4 week, I haven't gain any back so that's not to bad, but I still have so far to go.

You all take care, will stop back by tomorrow afternoon to see how everyone is doing.
Night lela

What we have are "community" meetings at a local business. I think they were originally "At Work" meetings for their employees. They are 10 week sessions for $99.50 (paid in advance). If you miss a meeting, you are out the money. They will let you write 3 separate checks that they will deposit 1 per month, but no refunds.
I have an older "at home" version. I didn't do very well on it. I had too many questions and no answers. Anyway, I have til Monday to decide.
I had my hair permed today. It looks really good (didn't realize how flat it had gotten). We had an ice storm early this morning, but it had melted off by noon. I seldom get my hair done, so I was glad I didn't have to cancel. My DH Christmas party is Saturday night, so I knew I had to do something. :) Have a good evening!

Just finished having my lunch, salad sandwich and an apple.
It is another beautiful day here. When I hear about the snow you are having, I would love to be there and see for myself (for 5 minutes anyway ;))
Doxie it sounds quite a bit of money to me to join WW for 10 weeks.
One of the reasons I no longer attend WW is because of the cost, I rather spend that money on other things (like books, cd's).
I know a lot of people get great support from going to their meetings each week but I find the support on the boards just as good, if not better. :)
With me (and I know we are all different) it has to click in my head, once it has I am amazed how easy it is to stay OP. At the same time I also know how easy it is to stray, and in my case that is going out to dinner, having friends around for nibbles or drinks.
This time I will make a concerted effort to take charge when I am in those sort of situations. Certainly the right time of the year to put it to the test :D
Dh has been on a business trip this week, the week has been great. I have been catching up on my sewing, reading and playing CD's that I like to listen to ;) The week is almost over and I look forward to picking him up from the airport tomorrow :) A week on my own is plenty!
Hope you all have a great day.
Cheers

Hi Everybody went out shopping and then for lunch with my friend today and then more shopping. I was really tired when I got home. I thought if I sat down I wouldn't get up so I immediately started wrapping all the gifts I've bought so far. I got them finished about 5 hrs later. YIKES. Dinner was just a light one, fortunately DH doesn't mind, and I was able to keep going. I meant to ask you American gals, about this "big shopping day after Thanksgiving". What's all that about? Do the stores have special sales, is that it?
What kind of gifts do you gals buy for your DH at Christmas? This year he wants to buy himself a special golf club. He does not need any clothes and only wears a minimum of jewelry, so I certainly don't have any ideas of what to get him. So far I bought him a collection of 50/60 music for his portable CD player, that's it. The last couple of years we just kind of buy ourselves something when we are in Hawaii and just have a little something for under the tree. This year I just can't think of anything interesting. He has to get the club himself, so that won' be a surprise, and he has everything else for golf.
I had a big lunch today but I am sure I walked most of it off. I guess that's it for me, I think I'll go to bed now. Night all. :)

Slavika - It is a real problem to buy for my husband too. It seems that at a certain age men tend to have the things they want and need. My boys are always asking what to get Dad. I am easy--just make it silver jewelry, country crafts, little collectibles, etc. So the boys have found a gift certificate from Lowe's Home Improvement is a great gift. My DH can go in there and just look around and dream, I guess. Must be like me at Dillard's.

You know, I did WW at an At Work location and we always had to prepay. I had even forgotten that you could pay weekly. That would be so much easier than the big chunk we had to pay up front.

We have been decorating at home for three days. DH does the outside and I do the inside, but he has to get the stuff down from the attic. He said last night that I must love to decorate, and I do. Just love decorating the big tree--no theme, just really old decorations made by my kids or bought or received at special places. Each time I pick something up, I relive the memories attached and even wipe a tear or two away. My little house looks so pretty, even if I say so myself. I just love Christmas, even though it is a real test of our WW resolve. So many parties and receptions at work. Of course, it always gets down to not being starved when you go so you can sample just a little of the goodies.

Doxie - Your photographer story sounds familiar. Sticking with the tried and true at times seems to work out the best. You have a Dickens village--sounds beautiful.

Margot - How are you doing? You are one of our greatest inspirations. In California it is probably no problem with the weather to remain a "California Walker." This time of year for me it is the treadmill or nothing.

Hi everyone. I would like to join your group if you don't mind. I live in Northern Ireland near the Giants Causeway. I am married with three kids 20, 17 & 14. I don't work but my mother lives with us and I look after her. She is 88 years old. I go to Weightwatchers and have about 30 pounds to lose but I am finding it harder to do as I get older. I usually go for one or two walks every day and I go linedancing twice a week.

Hello everyone. I've been sick ever since I got back from my daughter's after Thanksgiving. i didn't have to worry about over eating. I have no appitite and I've been eating mostly hot soup and drinking hot tea. I did have a nice visit but it would have been better if I had not had a cold. The cold turned into bronchitis and my asthma kicked up. YUCK! So I'm laying low this week so I'll get over this and I can enjoy Christmas.
Hi Maria, Glad to see you posting here. I will be happy if I lose 30 pounds this year. That would put me down 60 total and that would be thrilling! :D

Many sales. Think every store has one going on. The paper that day is even bigger than the Sunday paper with all the sale ads.
Why its always been a big deal I will never know. Just know you wont catch me out there! Its a Zoo!

Morning all,
It is yet another great day here though not looking quite so promising for the weekend.
In eastern Australia there have been some horrendous floods however where I live in south australia, it is the driest state on the continent and we sure could do with some rain. Guess we are never satisfied.
Slavika dh and I don't worry about xmas presents for each other, we are both very impatient and if we like something we want it NOW and usually buy it :) Luckily these years we can do that, there were many years when we couldn't, in fact those years it would be hanky's and undies for Xmas :D
Hope you are much better Phill, I wondered where you were. Loosing 30 pounds for the year sounds very do-able (is that a word?) to me. :)
Welcome Anne, I also find it more difficult to loose weight as I am getting older. You will find this site very supportive and whilst it has not made the pounds 'fly' off, I have managed to stay reasonably on track and I am happy about that.
Nice to have another person from across the seas, a few of your distant relatives ( ;))settled here in Australia and have added to our great multi cultural community.
Have a great day

WELCOME ANNE How nice to "see" you here. It's great you joining us on this weight loss journey. :)
PHILL I'm really sorry you've been sick. My DH has been fighting with a cold/flu for about 3 weeks now. I had a flu shot and I've been fine so far (touch wood).
LILY thanks, I thought it was probably a big day for sales. It seemed that a lot of the posts were about going shopping after Thanksgiving. :)
MARIA I know what you mean about
as we get older we just buy the stuff we want when we want it, we don't wait for Christmas or a birthday. I like jewellery, but find I just wear the same things over and over again. I have gold hoop earrings that I can even sleep with them on...so I never bother changing them. MY grandchildren and I have packed a couple of boxes of gifts for children in Africa. They chose the things to go into the boxes.
My 7 yr old grandson suggested a Pokemon video. I explained to him these children would not have TV or VCR's. It's hard for them to understand when they are so young, but it's also good for them to learn to share.
I managed to do a little Christmas baking today and left out a couple of cookies and put the rest into the freezer.
Not much else new with me, I'll talk to you all tomorrow. Good night.

Thank you all for making me feel so welcome.I need all the encouragement I can get to try and lose a few pounds for Christmas. I am trying to 'dejunk' the house at the moment so that things will hopefully be a little less hectic at Christmas.

Phil - sorry to hear you are sick. Life is hard enough sometimes when we can't control our eating but it must be miserable when you don't feel like eating.

Slavika - That is such a lovely gesture giving gifts to children in Africa. My daughter and I did a sponsored 24 hour fast this week for 'Concern' which is a charity which helps the Third World.

All the best everyone.

I finally feel as if I am returning to the 'Land of the Living'! I decided to stay home today. i missed the whole week as it is and I want to be sure this doesn't come back on me before Christmas.

Slavika, what a neat idea, Sending Christmas presents to children in Africa! i usually donate a toy or two to our local Toys for Tots drive and food to the local food bank.

I always skip shopping the day after Thanksgving! And I stay out of the malls. Several years ago I went through and horrible stage of just being terribly depressed and angry during the Christmas season. I decided to minimize the things that irritate me and I now enjoy Christmas again!

Maria, do they make as big a commercial fuss of Christmas in Australia? We have almost ruined the season here in the States. I avoid the commercial stuff as much as I can! I'm not a very religious person but I consider myself spiritual and I love the joy and good will that is part of the season.

Be Well..............Phyllis

Phyllis, The last few years I have finally understood why some people get so sad and depressed during the holiday season. Since I had cancer 6 years ago and my mom died last year, I think it is that we want our loved ones to have that "picture perfect" Christmas that is only in fantasies. None of us have perfect lives or families, but we still aspire to the Norman Rockwell Christmas. And, as we get older, we have more loss in our lives and we get nostalgic for the past and a little sad about the things we feel we missed. Anyway, I think it is a great idea to simplify Christmas, if possible. I love the season because a lot of times even old grouches during the year can get happy during this season. The lights, the decorations, the songs, I just love it.

Maria - You said you retired a little early to be with your husband in Australia. What did you do when you worked outside the home? Do you mind me asking what your husband does? The more I know about someone, the more I can remember them.

Anne - This is so much fun. I would never know somebody from as far away as Australia or Northern Ireland in any other way. So, what is Christmas like in Ireland?

Well, guys, today makes the 5th consecutive day I have been on program. I hope to continue until Christmas Day. I wish us all luck on that score the rest of this wonderful month!

That's great Glenda. Since I've been sick all week I haven't even tried to figure out if I'm OP or not, but since I have not eaten much I don't think there is a problem. I still don't have an appitite.

I think your are right about the sadness at Christmas. I have accepted the fact that I don't have a Norman Rockwell family, never did and never will, but I do love my family and I just focus on enjoying the holiday with them.

Since I am going to my daughter's for Christmas I am going to my parents the weekend before and celebrate with them and my son and his family.

Anne & Maria, I would love to hear about Christmas traditions in Ireland & Australia. And Slavika, you don't live in the US either do you. Canada? Tell me about that too.

Good afternoon all (saturday 3.30 pm)
DH has gone to watch a game of cricket and I have the rest of the afternoon to myself :)
Slavika what a great thing to do with your grandchildren, our children really have no idea about third world countries, good way to make them more aware.

Glenda DH and myself are both Australian (I migrated from the Netherlands in 1959). My husband took up a position with an American Company;- Lucent Technologies. The position requires him to travel all over the place but mainly the Asian Pacific Region. Because we prefer to do things together, I go with him wherever he goes and that is the reason I took early retirement. I was a sales manager with a large telecommunications company. I enjoyed my work but it was very full on and long hours leaving little time for the many things I like to do such as reading, sewing, embroidery, gardening and surfing the net. It has been quite an adjustment, when we are in Adelaide my husband works from home from his virtual office, ie he is around the place ALL the time. We are getting used to our different lifestyle a little but still find it difficult not knowing where we will be next month or next year for that matter. Most projects he goes on are for 3 months. It is very exciting in many ways and we feel very fortunate to be given these opportunities.

Phill Xmas in Australia is generally hot. There also is a lot of commercialism here and I agree with you whilst I am not overly religious, I see it more as a time to get together with family and catch up with friends. I usually have about 14 for lunch and despite the heat always have a hot lunch. Usually turkey, veggies and christmas pudding for dessert. Many Australians opt for a cold lunch and the sale of prawns (or shrimp) is usually very high over Christmas. Yesterday was the start of our summer and we have already had very hot weather. I will have lunch inside if it is very hot (airconditioning :)) or outside under the pergola if it is just a nice sunny day.
I can really relate to what Glenda said, I think as you get older and you do have to cope with health problems, loss of parents etc.etc. I think particularly if you have had some serious health problems, it does put a whole new perspective on everything, on what is important and what is not. In a strange way I am almost thankful I had breast cancer (and very healthy now :) :)), it has certainly made me re evaluate what is important and what is not.

Anne thank you for the welcome. I had a look at your homepage. I thought your photographs were fantastic and the journal with your dog was fun to read.
Have a great day all
Maria

Hi Everybody For the new gals posting with us, seeing as how I am Ukrainian my grandchildren call me~~~~~~are you ready for this "BABA". My son called my Mother "Baba", but that was ok because I guess I thought she was old. LOL :D Please forgive me Mama. So...when my grandson was born, my Son said he would like his Son to call me Baba just as he called my Mother, who he adored. My Mother had died when she was only 67 so now I realize she NEVER was really old. ALAS I degress. All the years before my Grandson was in school full time I got him one afternoon per week for a "Baba Day". He's in GR. 2 now so we don't have a set Baba Day anymore but Friday afternoons I have my 5 yr old Granddaughter for "Baba Day". I went grocery shopping this morning and in the afternoon the "Princess" and I had lunch. It was balogna rolled up like sausages, German butter cheese cut in cubes and to be eaten with fancy picks, Ritz mini cheese crackers and salt and vinegar chips. For a beverage we had peach tea with 10 or 12 tablespoons of sugar (my little cup of tea was actually very THICK). :D
I gave her a little plastic box and found old bits of jewelry to put in this "treasure chest". We made new jewels from the old ones which she is going to give as presents to two of her little friends. LOL.
So gals that's how I spent my afternoon.
PHYLLIS glad you are feeling better. We are in for some really cold weather tonight. It is going down to -26 C which is about -20 F I think. DH and I went to the Mall tonight to pick up a few things and it is really cold. You get all bundled up, in our winter jackets, mitts, scarf etc and then die because you are so hot in the stores.
I have my family over for Christmas Eve Dinner which tradionally is the important day of the holidays for Ukrainians. I try to prepare the twelve meatless dishes and we sit down to supper after the first star of the evening appears. The adults fast all day as a rule (don't HAVE to) in remembrance of the hardships that Mary & Joseph endured.
I think its to set sort of a spiritual nature to the supper. In my parents day, straw was put under the table and candy was hidden in it for the children to find after the meal. Ah no, you guys I don't do that. You also set a place at the table to remember members of the family who are deceased. A lit candle used to be placed in the window and left burning all night to welcome any homeless people. The first dish to be served is a cold cereal type of dish. It is made from wheat, poppy seeds, water, sugar/honey and chopped walnuts. In days gone by (trust me we don't do this either) the oldest member of the family throws a spoonful of "kutia" to the ceiling. The more kernels that stick to the ceiling the greater the good luck in the following year. The rest of the 11 dishes can be things like fried walleye fish, borsch soup, cabbage rolls, perogies, mushrooms and gravy, crepes, stuffed salmon. Nowadays families have added new things to the old.
So that is what we do at Christmas. On Christams Day this year we will go for dinner to my DIL's folks place. Now you all must share what you do.
MOOZ49 Hi Anne, maybe you could come to my place it sure could use some dejunking. I like that word too. I use ALAS as much as I can, don't say anything but it's LILY'S word. :)
GLENDA Good for you 5 days OP, you will have a great week.
I tried not to eat too much of that wonderful lunch my granddaughter requested. For dessert she had a "bug Popsicle". It's a popiscle with little gel type candy bugs in it. BROTHER. I had an orange.
Well its late, so I will say good night. Hope you all have a great Saturday.

P.S. HI MARIA I was writting this great Canadian novel at the same time you were posting, so came back to say hello. Boy we sure couldn't have more different weather conditions.

Hi! May I join this board? I just turned 50 today. I weighed in this morning and I had lost a pound. I have 3 children, one married and 2 in school. My husband goes to WW too. I have lost 12 pounds in 20 weeks, but I stay in my points range everyday. My leader says I'm just the age where it starts getting slow. I don't really care how long it takes. My goal is to reach my 10%.

Hello again everyone. Until I came to this site I thought most peoples Christmas's were much the same but after reading about Slavika's I realise I was wrong. That is so nice setting a place at the table to remember deceased family members.
Christmas in Ireland is now also sadly very much commercialised. We are bombarded by adds on TV and elsewhere weeks before Christmas about what to spend our money on for presents and the kids are getting more expensive presents every year.

Christmas: Yep to much Commericalism. Each year it seems to get earlier and earlier. Wish it wasnt so.
But the tradtion in my family and I dont even remember when it got started. But Christmas Eve we always had Mexican food. I use to make homemade Tortillas and Chili Verde, every year. We would just sit around and talk and enjoy the family. Christmas day was always sitting around a fire and opening presents and then cooking a big meal for later and more enjoying family. Still do the same but I buy Fat Free tortillas now. To much trouble to make them. Lazy in my Young age :) Think my family just likes Mexican food as there is no Spanish in us!

Slavika: Your tradition sounds really neat! Cept the throwing to the ceiling, wouldnt want to clean that up!. Probably why you dont do that one! You can use ALAS all you want. I had an ALAS day yesterday. Went to work turned Puter on and nothing, it crashed. So I went to another puter and it wouldnt let me on the internet at all. I always go in early so I can get my mail read the board and have coffee before the day starts, but couldnt yesterday. Now thats ALAS!!!!!!

Welcome Andy. And Happy Birthday! Sounds like you are doing good on the losses so far. It seems to be slow for me to. When I first started it came off pretty fast but now its pretty slow. But I keep hanging in there.

Anne: would like to hear the traditions in Ireland to!

Went to WI today and lost another pound. Also my Leader said that we dont get the new material until the 16th. It will start rolling out next Monday the 11th. I was hoping for next week as my leader has been raving about it.

Have a great day all!

So a typical Christmas in my house. On Christmas Eve I do the last minute grocery shopping and try to keep the housework up to date. I make stuffing and usually cook the turkey overnight in the oven. I used to make sherry trifle on Christmas Eve but I must be getting lazy so I just now go for a simple pudding such as ice-cream. My hubby goes down to the pub for a wee drink every Christmas Eve and comes home about 11.00 PM.
Once the 'kids' (20,17 & 14) are in bed I leave out their presents in the front room where the Christmas tree is. On Christmas morning we go to mass and then I come home and prepare the dinner which is usually:
Turkey, ham, stuffing, brussel sprouts, carrots, roast potatoes & gravy. (I don't bother with a starter) Then pudding.
After dinner I usually have a wee nap because I am so exhausted. About 8.00 PM we all go to visit my in-laws and have a party and a few wee drinks and a bit of a laugh and we come home at about 1.00 AM.

Flaggies - The weather here is wet and miserable as it has been raining for weeks and we have not seen much sunshine for a long time. Australia sounds so nice.

Got to go
Talk to you all soon

"Kind words can be short and easy to speak but there echoes are truly endless"

All the best everyone
