Femme Creole's Frozen Concoction

I came up with this one day when I had a little Greek yogurt and frozen fruit leftover!

Need:
Food Processor
Frozen Fruit (don't use fresh or it won't be "ice-creamy")
GREEK Yogurt (it will be runny if you use regular yogurt) I like FAGE 0%
agave necter or splenda (I like the vanilla splenda)..optional

Note: this does NOT freeze well, so only make as much as you can eat at a sitting.

You will use about twice as much frozen fruit as yogurt, so adjust if you want to make it for more people...
this is for one serving:

Put about 1/2 cup of FROZEN Fruit in your food processer and pulse into small pieces.
add a little agave necter to taste and pulse again.
add about 1/4 cup of yogurt and pulse to consistancy of ice cream.

You can leave out the necter if you want to or try vanilla splenda instead of the necter.

This tastes kind of like a fruit gelato...yummy!

enjoy..

"add about 1/4 cup of frozen yogurt and pulse to consistancy of ice cream."

Do you freeze your greek yogurt before you put it in?

No, don't freeze it. I corrected the recipe above (what I get for trying to write with a classroom full of 5 year olds!) The frozen fruit is what freezes the yogurt. It comes out like ice cream. I've used all kinds of fruit too..mixed fruit, peaches, strawberries etc. It's really good and satisifying and rich.
