There are a number of people of there using New Lifestyle that have been very successful. Hope that helps! ;) By the way, are you using MF currently? I just started MF and am on day 5. amazingplatinum 04-03-2008, 09:24 PM I am currently on Medifast, but I know this is for the longgggg haul and I am on day14 and struggling with the food - I only like a few things and I am feeling sad and frustrated because it is a tough go for me.
