I work full time and I was wondering what some of you do when you make your shakes. Obviously I want to make them at work, but I don't want everyone going......What are you making?? LOL Any ideas to kind of hide the whole shake precess. How do you prepare yours? Any ideas would be great! TIA!

You can make them ahead of time or just add water and shake mix. I teach, so I always tell the kids that I drink protein shakes. No one cares. This is a really easy and portable plan. Enjoy and good luck!

I get a glass of water with ice, take it back to my desk, dump the powder in and stir it with a fork when I am really lazy. You can buy a shaker and use that as well.

But, everyone is drinking protein shakes these days! :dizzy:

The puddings are especially good when made in advance.

Why not tell everyone? That's what I did and my office I'm sure is sick and tired of hearing about my "envelope" diet! But they can't deny the results!

I'll have to look into the shaker jar with the strainer. I just have the small jars you get when you place an order.

Nay I didn't get a strainer either...but after having the hot cocoa, I am going to seriously look into it. Chunks are gross!!:(

I noticed that when I feel the shaker up 4 oz. of water then add the powder and another 4 oz of water it blends a lot better. I also add ice cubes.
