I had trouble the other day with being asked repeatedly to log in. Usually it's just issues with either their servers or our Internet connection. Just keep trying. A message like that can literally be something that is already "fixed" by the time the message appears or it may be something that lasts a long time.
You can always try a different browser to see if that makes any difference as well. Not a biggie unless it happens every day. In that case, it's probably on your end and you may be having issues with your service provider.
Thanks, Betsy.... I usually do use Firefox and just occasionally use Chrome... each browser has its own strengths and weaknesses, so I tend to switch back and forth. I was just wondering why the error crops up and if anyone else has had a problem.
Tech has been doing a few things to the server over the last week, so the error message may be coming from that. I'll pass this thread along just to make sure they are aware.
