Unhappy I just had a baby and I lost all my MRC info!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a baby in October and now that I am no longer breast feeding it's time to lose the weight. One problem I think my meal plans were thrown out when we moved!!!!!!!! I just paid for everything just before the baby and don't want to have to spend all that money again. Someone please help!

Come over to the MRC forum. We'll be able to help you there. there are menu threads and support from people doing MRC currently...lots on their own without the center.

My History: Started MRC Sept 1, 2010....lost 40 pounds from 209 total around Feb, 2011....took a "break", gained 10 back...now I'm getting fit.
