how do I display the ticker graphic?

I am probably overlooking something obvious, but how do I display a ticker graphic? I clicked on someone else's, and it linked to a site where I was able to create one.

There were then three options of information I could cut and paste depending on what kind of website I was going to post it to. I wasn't sure, but I guessed the "EZ" kind (I think that's what it was called).

So, then I came back to 3fatchicks, looked around, and couldn't figure out what to do next.

Hope that's all clear and that someone could help.
