Profile Picture Help!

Hi All,

I only joined this site yesterday so wanted to say a big HELLO!!!

I am able to navigate around the site and think it is great. However, I am having a problem with my profile pic. I upload it but then it doesn't show up

I don't want to be faceless!!! lol

I believe you have to fulfill both conditions instead of what were written (that either will do): The maximum size of your custom image is 110 by 150 pixels AND smaller than 19.5 KB.

Since I used to have troubles as well, but when I fulfill both conditions, the website lets me upload my profile picture. Hope this helps. (But maybe that just me have this trouble as well?? Not sure )
