How do I find threads I`ve posted in?

What is a quick and easy way to find threads I`ve posted in? I posted in a thread earlier in the week and now I can`t find it and don`t remember what forum it was in.

I did try the search area but that didn`t help.
I did scroll through a few forums but still couldn`t find it.
I also tried through User CP but didn`t find anything there either.

What am I missing? I know there is a way but I just can`t find it.

Click your name then in the drop menu that appears, choose "find more posts by HelenMay".
