My ticker will not post ( says Invalid file) whats up with this?

Lilla, you have to be here 20 days and have 20 posts before you can get one. It's to stop spammers from spewing their garbage all over the forum.

Yes, I just found this out too. You have to be a member for 20 days and do 20 posts. I am finding this site a little confusing to navigate.
