Help - My profile pic just won't show up

I'm not sure what's wrong. I'm pretty sure it's small enough and I can see it when I look at edit my profile but it won't appear when I make a comment. Any suggestions? Here is the size of the pic I am using.

It looks like you did upload a profile picture, but not an avatar. If you want to upload your photo as your avatar, you need to do so separately. If you click on "User CP" and then "Edit Avatar", you should be able to upload the avatar (although some settings are restricted to users with at least 20 days and 20 posts, so you may not be able to do so immediately.

How do I get the scale that everyone has on their profiles for their current weight, and what they are at now, and what the goal is? I like the one with tweety bird...

You need to be a member here for at least 20 days and have posted at least 20 times. Once you cross that threshold, you'll have an option in your User CP to "Change Signature" - you can use that to add a ticker.
