about an hour at the pool yesterday. still having leg pain, making it hard to do much but float around and do arm exercises. can't imagine going on a treadmill or walking right now. hopefully this won't last too long.

Mon 21st - 1.5 miles uphill (always approx) wearing 30# +/- pack. Took over an hour with regular pauses to stretch calves.

instead of taking the bus downtown and coming back up, i walked the 8 block or so walk to work. it was harder than i thought it'd be, which is sad. but yay.

Way to go aj and lizziness!

Yesterday I walked at lunch and did 30 minutes of yoga when I got home from work.

I did a mile and a half at the gym in "bay" mode or whatever.. where it varies the steepness!
Not bad for a first day back in action!

mon - 1.5 mile uphill hike with approx 25lb pack, then back down 1.5 mile

tonight - groceries, errands, 4 stores + the bank, loaded, pushed, bagged, loaded, drove and drove and then put away -

*confession* I only put away the perishibles since bedtime but didnt want to post again for "putting dry goods away" that would be like saying "I worked out today - I must have made 10 trips to the bathroom at least!" all that water....LOL
