Yay ! I Exercised today! July 2006
Well I'm up too early this morning :yawn: so after my coffee I'm going to do about 40- 50 minutes of pilates.

I finally got DH to go to the yoga centre with me and we will be taking our "test the waters" class this weekend. It will be a 90 minute Bikram class which I'm really looking forward to. :D |

Sunday: 1 hour walk Monday: 1/2 hour walk, 1 hour weeding Tuesday: 1 hour walk Wednesday: 30 minute walk, 45 min elliptical Thursday: 40 min elliptical Today: 30 min walk so far |

Saturday: 2 hours of moving furniture around and putting up pictures. Sunday: 1 hour of walking, 90 minutes of yoga |
Saturday: 1 hour aquacize
Monday: 30 minute walk Today: 45 min. elliptical. Later a dog walk and aquacize. |

Last night - took the same nature hike as on Monday - although this time it seemed way more difficult - must have been the temp outside - it was much warmer.:hot:
On the bright side it looks like this little walking group is going to be every Monday and Thursday.:carrot: |

Saturday: 30 minute walk Sunday: 5 hours of gardening :faint: |
