    Today: 30 minutes of pilates
  • Wednesday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 min walk
  • tues: 1 hour swimming
    weds: 50 minutes swimming
  • Friday: weight lifting 30 min.
    bike riding 60 min
  • 30 minute walk at lunch today
  • Saturday - 2 hours of walking in the rain
  • Sunday 2 1/2 hours of gardening
  • Thursday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
    Friday and Saturday: Down with stomach flu
    Sunday: 40 minute walk
  • Monday: 1 hour walk
    Tuesday: 30 minute walk, 1 hour aquacize
  • Tuesday and wednesday eliptical 35 miniutes each day
  • Wednesday: 30 min walk, 45 min walk
  • Monday - 30 minute walk
    Tuesday - 30 minute walk
    Wednesday - 3 hour walk
    Thursday - 30 minute walk
  • Friday - 30 minute walk at lunch
  • Thursday: 30 min walk, 1 hour aquacize
    Friday: 45 min walk
    Saturday: 1 hour aquacize
    Sunday: 30 min elliptical, 45 min walk
