Friday: weight lifting 30 min.

Thursday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
Friday and Saturday: Down with stomach flu :eek: Sunday: 40 minute walk |
Monday: 1 hour walk
Tuesday: 30 minute walk, 1 hour aquacize |
Tuesday and wednesday eliptical 35 miniutes each day
