Friday the 31st - grocery shopping and errand running - wore my pedometer - put nearly 2 miles on it - phew! No wonder I am wiped when I come home - pushing a full shopping cart around an obstacle course 2 miles long plus the loading and unloading. Glad I only do that trip once a month. Nature hikes are more fun, and you cover more miles in less time. (no lines in the woods - thankfully)

Up and down 5 flights of stairs about 5 times (each way), with a load of boxes each time. Then unloading the boxes from the car from the curb into my apt.

I am getting the rest of my stuff out of my mom's attic.
