4.5 miles on my bike... Woohoo I can feel my legs getting a little tighter.. Then 10hrs on my feet all day...But that doesnt count i think...

Friday:- 40 minutes walk, half of which was constantly up hill and I pushed myself to walk faster than I normally do

Today I walked up 3 flights of stairs to get to my office. I'm slowly going to build up to taking all 14 flights - baby steps!

It's so nice to finally be able to post here again.
Friday: 30 minute walk
Saturday: 1 hour of very slow and careful aquacize and 1 hour walk
Monday: 30 minute walk
