  • Moving in March!

    Did 20 minutes of yoga this morning!
  • Today: 1 hour bike ride
  • Thursday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 min walk, 1 hour aquacize
  • 30 minute walk on Thursday and Friday
  • 4.5 miles on my bike... Woohoo I can feel my legs getting a little tighter.. Then 10hrs on my feet all day...But that doesnt count i think...
  • Saturday: 1 hour aquacize
  • Monday: 1 hour bike ride 1/2 hour walk
    Tuesday: 1 hour bike ride, 1 hour walk
  • Wednesday - 40 minute walk
  • Wednesday-30 min stationary bike ride 4.6 miles at 6 intensity 100 situps on the ball
    Thursday-30 mins stationary bike ride...
  • Friday:- 40 minutes walk, half of which was constantly up hill and I pushed myself to walk faster than I normally do
  • Thursday & Friday 30 minute walks

    Saturday - went to a convention and walked around for about 4 hours.
  • Tuesday 45 minute walk
  • Today I walked up 3 flights of stairs to get to my office. I'm slowly going to build up to taking all 14 flights - baby steps!
  • It's so nice to finally be able to post here again.
    Friday: 30 minute walk
    Saturday: 1 hour of very slow and careful aquacize and 1 hour walk
    Monday: 30 minute walk
  • Went for a 30 minute walk at lunch today - it was so gorgeous out!
