Yesterday I did a one-hour NYC ballet workout (even though i didn't get home until 7 p.m.)

This morning I woke up early and went for a three-mile run.

Yay! I can finally post in this topic!

I did 45 minutes of the recumbant bike at the gym, blowing my nose and coughing the whole time. This is the first time in a week I have been able to stop coughing long enough to spend a substantial amount of time in public, much less breathing heavily! I'm hoping to work my way back up to 30 - 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer plus weights by the end of next week.

Saturday I walked for 1 1/2 hours and did an hour-long ballet workout.

I haven't exercised yet today, but will either walk or do my elliptical.

Thurs - 1 mile walk.

Sun - 2 hrs "vaccusize" (that is housework with stereo cranking out good loud music and dancing while you clean)

Sunday I walked for 1 hr. 15 minutes (4 miles).

ajandpj99 - "vaccusize" sounds like a good workout I should give up my maid service and do that - I would save money and burn calories (but I really hate housecleaning)

Fish - I hate housework too and usually dance and sing more than I actually clean - but any movement is better than none - I usually lay in bed all day on Sunday and watch movies and nap.

I did accomplish a load of dishes, 2 loads of laundry and vaccuumed the rugs in the kitchen and what I could get to of my living room (full of boxes to be gone through - only been in the liv room since Feb )

And you all can call me Trish or Trish the Dish as my aunt has called me since I was little - uh that is littler - I have never been little

Finally checked out the gym at my apt complex, since I can't seem to drag my *** to the gym that I've paid for.. ugh.. first time i've worked out since June. Felt really great.
Mile on the treadmill and a ton of crunches. I will be very sad tomorrow.

I worked out at Curves and took my dog for 3..15 minute walks today.
Granted my dog is 15 years old does more sniffing than walking and half the time I'm dragging him around.

I bought a trailer to attach to my bike, that way when I ride, I can take my 8 month old son along with me. Tonight was our first ride out together as a team and it was wonderful. My older son (who is 9) went with us also and it was GREAT!!! We rode for about 1hr. It felt good just to get out of the house and get some fresh air since the hubby is working late.

I squeezed in a 3 mile run last night. I was racing the streetlights to get home before dark!
