. Reading about everyone exercises makes me think it's seriously time to get started again. In November I damaged the disc in my lower back from lifting both weights at the gym and my hefty 2 year old. I had to defer my gym membership and I was exercising 6 days a week.
Of course I got depressed not exercising anymore and also having to live with the pain of the injury. I still walk some mornings but not seriously. My back is progressing slowly and I will be returning to the gym next week. I am starting aquaerobics on Thursday with someone I know so I am slowly back to it. I am excited about getting back to it but the morning in bed until 7-8 have been nice when I usually get up at 5.30 for gym/walking. I'm gonna be exhausted!
Whoo hoo I'm waiting for those exercise endorphins to kick in
