I feel good because I finally gave myself a day off....a day where I had nowhere to go, nothing to do and I just relaxed and didn't feel the least bit guilty about the things I could have been doing...just a little r'nr for once...bliss...

I feel good because I spent most of the day Saturday and all day Sunday cleaning and reorganizing my office at work, in preparation for the reorganization of my job. I went through piles and files, and got a lot accomplished! I'm not done yet, but have made a HUGE dent in things (and my office looks amazing)! I had to give up my weekend to do this, but I don't mind at all because it was rainy and cold all weekend, so I didn't miss anything.

I feel good because I think the plateau is beginning to tilt... and hey, I'm just grateful I can do all this stuff, I've got my health back, I'm getting fitter by the day, and so on. I think my attitude is starting to evolve-- I'm beginning to think in terms of running mile times and golf handicaps, not just the poundage. I want to get back in touch with my inner jockette.

I feel good because I can do a 10 count heel stretch AND a valdez into a back-bend and my coaching goal is to require the girls to be able to do EVERYTHING that i can do. My next goal is a toe-touch and a herky jump.
Coach Tiki.

Thanks for starting this again, Mauvais.
I feel good because I started running again yesterday. And my flexability is getting better thanks to yoga.

O.K., I'll bite-- I can picture a toe-touch, but what the heck is a valdez and a herky jump?

Valdez - sit on butt, left leg bent, right leg straight, left hand on ground behind you. swing right hand up while arching your back and go into a back bend (you end up looking like a crab). Herky jump - jump in the air with left leg straight out forward and right leg bent back - touching both toes.
I think I am going to take a few Pilates classes to help with flexibility.
Tiki.

I think I'd need a crash helmet and mouthguard!
I feel good because it's finally spring and I repainted my kitchen yesterday
