HELLO 60 Pounds down! AND STILL GOING!
Hi everyone, I haven't posted in a while, and I'm fairly new to this MB. I've lost 60 pounds so far but hit a wall, i stoped working out and started eating junk, I didn't gain anyway THANK GOD! I'm back on track now though. I'm in the middle of a two week challenge I made for myself where I would workout almost everyday, rotating two workouts I made up myself. Aerobics for ABS, and Aerobics for Upper and Lower Body. I'm eating very well and I'm already feeling results but I'm not weighing myself until next Thursday. I was just looking for some Support or any buddies that would like to join my challenge or whatever. Some days are way harder than most.
Here are my stats at the beginning of my challenge.
Weight 273
Chest 40
Upper Arms 15 Both
Waist 42 1/2
Lower Abs 53 1/2
Hips 52 1/2
Upper Thigh L 31 R 31 1/2
Middle 26 Both
