My goal for this week is to exercise at least 15 minutes every day... I'm doing good so far! Last night I did 20 minutes of yoga and today I'm going to do at least 15 minutes on my exercise ball. (I LOVE THAT THING! Most of the time I'm just too lazy to use it except for sitting on when there are people over and I run out of couch space. )
I know 20 minutes of yoga doesn't seem like much, but it's better than the zero minutes of nothing that I usually do, so I am celebrating small victories. (With a sticker! I get a sticker in my workbook every day that I meet my weekly goal. It works for me. )

This is so true! I need to keep this in mind. Sometimes I get down on myself because I only have energy to do small work outs. I need to remember that it's better than nothing at all. Thanks, navi, for putting it in perspective.
I had a great workout today. I actually ran for 8 minutes (5 and then another 3 later) on the treadmill.
And yesterday I did a really good weight workout. Oh, and I ran for 5 minutes yesterday, too!
Thanks, Mauvais and Squeak.
And congratulations to you, too, Mauvais!
Squeak, are you cooking on Monday? If you're having turkey and stuffing I'll be right over... oh crap! It's not Thanksgiving there! DAMN! We just had the big family dinner at Mom and Dad's. Dad made CHILI!!!! It was good, but I LOVE turkey.
Squeak, you're making turkey on Monday.
