chervata - In my yoga class the instructor said, "Okay, now reach forward and grab your ankles... in you can't, grab your kness."

I had to grab my thighs! It was soooo sad!

But doing it three times a week, I'm bound to improve.

I grab the cuffs of my pants. My yoga teacher admonishes me for it, but I feel like at least I'm getting closer!
