I am happy to report that I have done well this past weekend with temptation as well...Saturday night we had some friends over and ordered pizza...we have 4 local places in town and I chose Papa Johns because I can get the nutritional information online...and while everyone else had the meat and cheese laden pizza, I ordered half of one pizza veggie only-had none of the garlic butter, and stayed within my calorie range for the day! Yesterday was my daughter's fifth birthday party as well, and while we were in the rush of getting things together-DH and the kids ate KFC and I ate some fruit and a protein bar that I brought with me to my parents house in my purse...and I had none of the birthday cake or ice cream!!!! Yay ME!!!

YEESH!! We have to get RID of these pounds instead of shifting them around!!! I'm afraid to weigh right now because I have been BAD lately. Made DH throw out what was left of the chocolate cake last night because he was barely eating it and I was scarfing it!!!
dentrassi-I don't know how many times I have done that before...the temptation of something is just too much and in a big sweep I just toss it in the garbage...my mother in law would be appalled and call it wasteful...but on the flip side, my arse is smaller than hers...hee hee hee!

I have been putting on and taking off like the same 3 pounds for two weeks, my fault...I have been on and off my WW plan for those last two weeks....need to get my crap together - for so long I was doing so good...but I know I can start in again...I might have already blew it today with my breakfast but tomorrow is another day.....
