For me too, every day is weighing day! Was about 145.5 last night and 146 this morning. I had a lot of salt on the plane yesterday though, all them pretzels and they put salt galore into the tiny little dinners in the little plastic boxes. And I am coming off 2 weeks of English in-law food (most of which is outlawed from my own kitchen, the food not the in laws who are lovely people).
