Thanks everyone!!! You are the BEST. I started tearing up reading all your nice posts. 
Well, after posting and not getting serious about what I was putting in my mouth for so long I was shocked to learn that I not only regained the weight I had lost, but another 10 in addition (I am pre-menstrual, but still!!!). My birthday present to myself was to start taking this seriously, and with a BETTER ATTITUDE than I have at times in the past. I started the South Beach diet today!!!! (Geez! I'm going to have to check the carb value of Marmite!!)
Thanks for all the good wishes, love and PATIENCE you all show me!!! I can't say it enough...you guys are the BEST.
