Yeah I didn't think you were being critized either, in fact I wanted to give Aphil props for putting the information out there like she did, because I wanted to say the same things but couldn't find the words. Your doing great flower! Keep it up. I love my muscles!

Okay. I just did the first ummm, five exercises. I'll do the other 3 after I pick up DS.
Quick question. Why does my middle back always hurt when I do dead lifts? And bend over flies. ? Is it a lack of muscle? Or am I hurting myself? Sort of around my shoulder blade area.

Red face Few Pointers

Lift with your hamstrings Ellis not your back. DON't LOCK YOUR KNEES UP and Keep your back straight. FORM over reps and you should feel it in your hamstrings.
