Did a search for "Flower" and found this thread...
I am an old friend of hers and was looking for a place to post my food diary in an effort to keep myself 'honest'.
B- yogart 100
l-turkey sandwich on WW with FF cheese, pickles and lettuce 270
S-french vanilla coffee with FF half & half 20
D- 4 oz hamburger patty 130
3/4 cup white rice 160
brocolli with small amount of grated cheese 100
1/4 cup pkg white gravy 35
cup of italian ice 100
s-maybe a fruit salad 200
total calories 1090
I am in a state of confusion right now about what is the best food plan for me so I am reverting to the oldest of my many, many diet plans and actually counting calories.
