New journal thread for the week

Sunday

Breakfast:
4 mini-doughnuts
tea

Snack:
cheese and grapes
2 maple cookies

Lunch:
spamwhich (thank you Monty Python )
tea

Dinner:
steack with mushrooms and onios
beets
rice

Sunday:
B-2 cups of broccoli slaw sauted with 1 turkey keilbasa and 2 Tbls teryaki sauce, 8 oz spicy V8
L-black bean burger sauted with mixed w/ 2 cups mixed veggies (russets, beans, broc, red pepper and onions) 6 oz fruit cocktail and diet flavored water
S-2" piece of birthday cake that was way overdone. I have no desire to have any more!
D-can of low fat chicken chili, 20 goldfish crackers-origional flavor and 2 T of soy cheese, water and a 2.5 inch piece of a steak finger off my boys plate!

Sunday:

BAD day.

- couple of whole wheat bread with low fat marg
- 2 bowls of granola
- KFC. With fries. With gravy. Oh my aching stomach.

Hey, if Den can have her Marmite then I can have my SPAMwiches with mustard and a nice chianti


Oh, and it was the real stuff - not the "SPAM Lite" crap

B-1 ff no sugar added peach yogart topped w/ 1/2 cup grapenuts and 1/2 cup of mangarin oranges, water
L-2 slices of diet grain bread toasted, with a veggie burger, spinach, tomato, 1 t light mayo, water
1 cup mini carrots and 2T hummus
S-1/2 cup of mango passion sorbet (so very tart!) diet vanilla coke
D-salad made with 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup broc slaw, 1/2 c carrots, 1 T low fat feta cheese, 1 t sunflower seeds, 5 croutons, and 2T ff catalina dressing
1/2 c of ranch potatos (box mix)
2 oz thin steak marinated in teriyaki
water

greek salad
turkey breast
grapes
1 orange
water

Snack:
non fat yogurt
1 apple

Dinner:
stirfry with strips of beef, green pepper, red pepper, onions, mushrooms, snow peas, bean sprouts and fire mud stir fry sauce

The best thing about this thread is that I post right after dinner, and I do not have any thing else, cause I don't want to make myself a liar!!!

B-2 diet grain bread toasted(1 serv)
1oz steak slice
1 scrambled egg
1 slice soy cheese
8oz v8

S-3 bites of yogart

L-2 slices of grain bread
2 oz crab meat
1t light mayo
1t sweet mustard
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1 cup carrots
2T hummus
water

S-soy ice cream bar

D-1 serv angel hair pasta
1 cup onions cooked in 2t olive oil
2 oz crab
1 t diet marg
garlic
sprinkle of soy parmesan
pepper
diet coke

1/4 cup 2% milk

SnacK:
raspberry non-fat yogurt

Lunch:
Ham, cheese, letttuce sandwich on a sesame bagel
1 pear
2 slices marble loaf

Snack:
1 blood orange

Dinner:
not sure since DH is cooking tonight

6 faux chicken wings
1 T real ranch dressing
1 cup of baby carrots
2 T hummus
1 T white corn (couldn't help myself ...off my sons plate )

aiming for about 1200 cals total (so far 540 cals B and L)

B-p and J on oat diet bread (this was goddess jessicas fault)
ff sf yogart
diet coke

L-2 small veggie egg rolls
diet coke

s-1 banana
1/2 c strawberrys
1T chocolate syrup

D-3 oz beef ribs w/ bbq sauce
1/2 ear corn
1/10th angel food cake (my birthday cake)
1/2 cup strawberrys
dollop of light cool whip
diet coke

Okay...where are my veggies, and what 3 diet cokes??? After my day/night yesterday you should all be proud that I didn't stuff my face with cookies and icecream! The caffine was nessesary with only 2.5 hours of sleep!
