My favorite Pria is the French Vanilla Crisp. I like the Double Chocolate Cookie too! There are 3 others that I bought too, but I have not tried them yet.

The Kashi Go Lean bars are VERY filling. I have one with a cup of coffee for breakfast sometimes.

You know what else I eat too much of if it is around that is supposedly for weight watchers? Those Sweet Escapes bars and the little yogurt chews in the little bags, the name escapes me at the moment but there are chocolate/caramel bars too (the bars are 200 cals and the yogurt chews 150 a bag). I think I put on 10 lbs awhile back just from Sweet Escapes bars, which are just candy bars really.

Same thing with Snackwells, especially the mini chocolate chip cookies. I can empty a bag of those in half and hour, no problem! And about 3 years ago I had a stressful time where I was buying and EATING a WHOLE box of Snackwell sandwich cookies per day (after the kids were in bed and no one was watching of course). Ergh!

I went to Sonic for lunch and had a real soda(lemon berry slushy) and a large onion ring and a grilled chicken. BUT I only ate 6 small rings and stuck the rest in the fridge. I will force Ri to have them so I don't touch the rest. I had ordered a small but he said a large would be WAY cheaper. So...I said okay. Dumb me! But they were yummy. No better way to eat your allowed fat for the day! It was hard stopping at 6, esp since there were at least 20 more in that bag!

I had a wedding cake appt about 1 1/2 hours away yesterday so I stopped and got a turkey on wheat sandwich and ate while I drove. Then on the way back I stopped at Mc Donalds and got a McFlurry! I could not stop myself! I had Key Lime pie today! The was ragging me about the points the Key Lime took up! Truth be told, my stressed eating pattern today was probably caused by him!!!!! I always eat more when he annoys me.

I will try to do better tomorrow.

We have a new grocery store in town and in the deli-salad section they sell rice pudding. My ultimate comfort food. I've had it twice in a week. I love rice pudding.
I cannot buy diet candy or cookies because somehow my brain fools me into thinking that there are no calories in them and I tend to eat far more than I would a regular cookie or snack.

But I do love the Quaker rice snacks flavoured like salt and vinegar.....

Dangit, if I give you all my address, could someone come over here and kick me in the butt a few times??

I had a horrible day yesterday... for what reason? I have no idea. I added all my calories into Fitday - and I had 3021 yesterday!!!!! I ate almost a pound of food - with no workout. Today I feel horrible - physically & mentally. I'm not gonna quit, and so far today I've done well & I'm going to workout after work... but ARG! I hate days like that!!

= me

Ah ~ one thing I learned on the Zone diet, is you can always start fresh the next meal. Not that I follow the Zone diet anymore, but that was a good lesson.

Don't beat yourself up about it, it doesn't help at all.

Flower ~ that's one of the best parts about the S & V snacks: Nobody here will eat them but me either!

They like my Tamari Garlic rice cakes, my melba toast, my hummus, my yogurt.... and so on.

But the Salt and Vinegar Rice Snacks are MINE!!!!

Hugs, Lunula. I confess, I had a bit of a giggle when I read your calorie count... I've done the same thing over the last two days, and I feel TERRIBLE!!!
Let's pull ourselves together... this is nonsense!

Unhappy Good intentions...

Went out for dinner tonight planning to only have sushi, figuring that would be light and healthy. Well, we ordered way too much shushi and like four appetizers and wine... and yes there was only four of us out. I think I ate too much... thankfully it was mostly rice and fish... ok and some fried squid and shrimp tempura and spring rolls! Thankfully I didn't eat much else today.

My evil sister Ruthless forced me to eat a piece of cheesecake at a party last night. But I know why!
