Hi All! So I'm new here, starting my diet TODAY! After another past few days binging I really need to get on the case and really do something about my weight and eating habits now. I want to lose 42lbs, I hope by the summer. I hope joining here and sharing with others will help me feel inspired and stay on track

Anyway, I bought (off groupon) a Gastric Band Hypnosis CD and was wondering if anyone had ever tried it before or knew if it worked? It was a bit of an impulse buy out of desperation really. I will give it a go and report back though!
