    Breakfast:
    A&W Sausage and egger (hold the egg thank you! )
    1 hash brown
    coffee

    Lunch:
    salad with ham, cheese, broccoli, lettuce and tomato topped with a balsamic vinagrette dressing
    1 orange

    Dinner:
    Leftover Superbowl chili
    4 peices of toast
    1 glass of milk

    Breakfast:
    1 oatmeal muffin
    1 tea

    Lunch:
    salad with ham, cheese, broccoli, lettuce and tomato topped with a balsamic vinagrette dressing
    1 orange

    Dinner:
    ceasar salad
    pasta (wholewheat) with italian sausage, onion, mushrooms and sundried tomato sauce
    1 glass of wine

    Snack:
    1 cereal bowl of cheezies

    B: 2 whole grain toast, diet marg, coffee with skim milk

    L: 2 whole grain toast, diet marg, small bowl mini wheats with bran, skim milk, 1 tsp sugar

    S: diet cocoa with coffee powder & a little skim milk

    D: small bowl mini wheats with bran, skim milk, 1 tsp sugar

    Yup, a whole day of breakfast! It was just what I wanted, and totals at 1050 calories. I have got about 150 cals for the PMS, but I don't know what it'll be. Not toast, I know that! Or mini wheats!

    Breakfast:
    1/2 cup Kashi crunch cereal
    1/4 cup 2% milk
    coffee

    Snack:
    non-fat yougurt
    peppermint tea

    Lunch:
    Ham sandwich
    2 oz cheddar cheese
    1 apple
    1 small can v-8

    Snack:
    1 orange
    1/2 ham sandwich - I am going to the gym tonight and need some energy -plus we will be eating dinner later tonight

    Dinner:
    Leftover pasta from last night's dinner
    ceasar salad
    1 can of Fresca

    Snack:
    Herbal tea
    2 ginger cookies
