Hey...
thank you everyone. I am feeling a little better today but I slept in very late. Actually I probably needed a nice long sleep since my mood seems to be lifted a little. I just stepped on the scale and I am up 1 1/2 pounds since I returned from my trip.  I haven't been eating all too well this whole time so it isn't much of a surprise. Guess I need to get back on track starting right now!
