Dinner: ate on the run 
polish sausage with mustard and saurkraut
gingerale
Snack:
cranberry juice
toast with butter and a smidge of jam

Lunch: Homemade General Tso's Chicken

Snack: 1.5 oz. lowfat soft swiss (70)
Dinner: pretzels
carrot sticks
yogurt
??????? (no more than 600 cals.)
I play cards on Monday's. If the host has something ok like grapes I will eat some. Otherwise I bring my own snacks to be safe.

Tuesday 20 January
B: 1 slice whole wheat raisin toast w/ 1/2 Tb peanut butter
skim milk in coffee, 1/2 grapefruit
L: Lean Cuisine on stir-fried Savoy cabbage
S: diet cocoa
D: [probably] cereal and skim milk & maybe 1 piece toast
OR minestrone and a whole wheat roll
PMS: don't know! but will keep to 1200 calories or under
exercise: probably a total of 40 minutes walk

B: 2 p whole wheat raisin toast, coffee w/skim milk
[and here's the plan for the rest of the day!]
L: Boca burger, maybe a salad, pink grapefruit
S: diet cocoa with a but of skim milk, Sugar Twin & decaf coffee powder [sort of a 70 calorie mocchachino - sp?]
D: minestrone, wholegrain roll - or Lean Cuisine and stir-fried Savoy cabbage
PMS: baked apple

L: 2 onion Bocas, 1 piece fat free cheese, baked apple with cinnamon
S: light popcorn, 1/4 cookie
D: 1 1/2 cups minestrone, wholegrain roll, steamed cabbage (added to soup)
PMS: Kashi Go Lean, skim milk, 1 tsp sugar, 2 pieces wheat toast
grand total of about 1450 cals
Friday 24 January
B: Kashi Go Lean, skim milk, 1 tsp sugar, 1 English muffin
L: bagel with low fat cream cheese, apple
S: light popcorn, 2/3 cup dry Kashi Go Lean, 3 sips of DH's chai latte at coffee emporium
D: baked salmon, 2/3 cup rice, cauliflower, 3 meringue cookies (22.5 cals each)
PMS: something to total about 150 cals, for a grand total of 1400
