High weight lat pull down: 62.7 lbs
High weight free weights: 25 lbs
High weight bicep machine: 37 lbs

Angry Hey I want to jump in here

I try to exercise everyday. For this month I exercised 25 out of 31 days...81 % I lift everyday. Upper body one day and lower body the next. "Godess of Geeks" thanks for showing what weight you lift. I have to work up to your amounts. I know I still am not lifting heavy enough weights because I feel NO soreness or any signs of use the next day. I'm trying to beef things up by doing two sets. I'm not saying I want to hurt myself, but there's a feeling you get when you know you've used your body the right way.

I do ellipticals 30 min. and the bike 15 min. Twice a week I run. My last run I surprised myself. I ran 3.2 miles straight in 34 minutes. Tomorrow I'll try to do it again.

3.2 miles in 34 min! I was impressed when I completed 3.0 miles in 40 min.

This was an interesting article I read about lifting this morning

That was an interesting article. Personally, I follow Body For Life, by Bill Philips. Monday- Upper body
Tuesday- 20 min intense cardio
Wednesday-Lower Body
Thursday- Cardio
Friday- Upper
Saturday- Cardio
Sunday- Free day

However, even on my non- cardio days, I do at least 5 minutes on the treadmill, to get the blood pumping to my limbs.
It is an intense workout, usually pretty sore after, like today, but worth it. I usually bench press 44 lbs, preacher culs 25 lbs, bi-cep machine 35 lbs, lat pulldown 70, leg press 266, leg extensions 90- 100, leg curl 90-100, thigh machine 150 lbs. I use free weights too, different weigths for different exercises. I try to do one or two sets with a heavier weight.
I try to stay as close to the eating plan as possible, but sometimes I eat more carbs than I should. Oh well! Gotta live too. Anyway, nice to see what other peoples WO plans are like.
Today was back and bi-ceps and I am sore today.
Take care everyone!
