Well, here we are at the start of a new week.
Judging from last week's menus we have all been doing pretty good
Kudos to everyone  and keep up the good work! Together
we can make it happen

Lunch:
barilla torteloni 's with a teaspoon of margarine and parmasean and tomatoes
3/4 cup Hubbard Squash (500)
Dinner:
Healthy choice meal
glass of skim milk
slice of bread with teaspoon margarine
(450)
Snack:
coffee and star crunch cake (130)

Breakfast - really big bowl of Grapenuts with a banana, milk & a little sugar, a tea w/fake sugar and milk, multi vitamin, & calcium supplement
Lunch - Lean Cuisine Swedish Meatballs
Snack - 2 cookies from Subway
Dinner - 1 small piece of meatloaf & 1 roll with butter
Snack - banana & a tea w/sugar subtitute and a splash of milk
Drank some of the flavored carbonated water "beverage" stuff. Not really sure how much.

beef and vegetable soup
wholewheat crackers
cheese

Snack:
non-fat yogurt
Dinner:
chinese food takeout

Jan 15th-

3 cups of coffee w/creamer - 200 calories
small blueberry muffin-100 calorie
Meal 2
Vegetable medely- 70 cals

tsp. of jam-50 cal

Ate like no tommorow! Food for the day. I want to be accountable. This was sleep deprivation, stress eating, GOT TO WORK ON THOSE TRIGGERS!
3 pieces of french toast
3 pieces of bacon
1 egg
1 large bowl of soup (at least 2-3 serving)
1/2 cup of light ice cream
1/2 lb. of shrimp
cocktail sauce
1 cup of ice cream
2 large cups of coffee with creamer
