Weekly weigh Jan 1 2003

  • Okay, new year new start!

    I Know it's New Year's Eve so I am not expecting everyone to weigh in today or on the 1st but if you want to you can

    I am at 158lbs and am thinking of a mini goal of 153 for January 31st.

    I'm with you... I will weigh on the first of the year.
  • I'm starting today. I weighed in at 192. I've lost 3 of the 5 that I put on last week. If I'm well enough to go to the gym this week, I should be able to lose AT LEAST 2 pounds.
  • Well I lost two of the four I put on last week, back down to 235 again. Hopefully for good this time. I am back at the gym full swing and eating much better again so I should see some improvement again.

  • 160. Back up 6 from where I had been. 4 months to lose it, 1 month to gain it back.
  • Whaaaaaa.....
    Ok, I am back up two pounds... I guess it was a good thing that I lost 1 1/2 the week before the holidays because I managed to put it back on.

  • I am still hovering around 145, as I have been for most of the past month. I would like to lose 5-7 lbs by the end of this month. I see more cardio and weights in my future, and less toast & chocolate...
