Well this was one of my lesser days!

BF cereal with milk and a banana ( 250)

L: bean burrito
small amount of left over spinach (400)

D: 6 oz. turkey breast
1/2 cup steamed carrots
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup eggplant parm
2 glasses pinot grisio wine
a small square 2"x2" of cranberry cake (1,300)

Lots of black coffee and lots of water!

So the whole day was about 2,000-2,200

Still less than my calories burned. I exercised a lot.

Tomorrow I'll be better!

January 5th (Sunday)

B: 3/4 cup Fibre First [President's Choice version of Fiber One], 1 cup skim milk (for cereal & coffee), 1 tsp sugar for cereal [250 cals]

L: 1 1/2 naan breads leftover from Indian takeout last night (they were lovely, thank you! And about 250 cals I reckon]

S: 1 hard candy while on 40 minute walk (exercise of day)[20 cals]

D: 4 cups mixed salad greens, abt 60 cals of salad dressing, abt 125 cals of chicken, and 1/3 of a roll [abt 280 cals]

Total so far: 800 cals [strangely enough I am not hungry - though some days I can be up to 1200 by now and still be very hungry - I did eat a lot last night though, a whole lotta samosas etc!! YUM!]

PMS [projected]: pink grapefruit & maybe a couple of the FEW brandy beans still left! And maybe a small bowl of cereal if I am suddenly v. hungry.
