I regret to say due to some life changes (positive ones) that I find myself no longer able to act as moderator on the 3fc website. I have gone back to work after a year long absence and am working on several personal projects that will be occupying a lot of my time in the next year.
It was good getting to know all of you and I wish you all well in your weight loss journeys.
