Brunch: Dim Sum fest! I avoided anything that was deep fried but did treat myself to some green tea ice cream

Oh dear. What a day.
- 2 bowls low-fat cereal with no fat milk
- coffees with no fat milk
- big bowl of popcorn w/margerine
- 5 granola bars
- can of beans
phew! heavy day.

I have 216 calories left for the day. Not sure if I'll need a snack tonight so I'll add that in later if I have one.

won ton soup
stir fried chinese veggies

Glass of milk before bed
