  • Brunch: Dim Sum fest! I avoided anything that was deep fried but did treat myself to some green tea ice cream

  • Oh dear. What a day.

    - 2 bowls low-fat cereal with no fat milk
    - coffees with no fat milk
    - big bowl of popcorn w/margerine
    - 5 granola bars
    - can of beans

    phew! heavy day.
  • Yes, Ellis, but I see no Bridge mixture or other junkfood on your menu so you are doing great!

    I have 216 calories left for the day. Not sure if I'll need a snack tonight so I'll add that in later if I have one.

    1/2 a ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat
    1 pear
    water

    Dinner:
    won ton soup
    stir fried chinese veggies
    water

    Snack:
    Glass of milk before bed

    Lunch:
    1/2 a ham and cheese sandwich
    1 glass milk

    Snack:
    1 snack size container of yogurt
    water

    Dinner:
    3 wholeweat pancakes
    Sugar free jam
    water

    Sleepytime herbal tea

    I'm going to do incredibly well today because I have to go and weigh in tonight.
