Weekly Weigh-in Nov. 10
YIKES!!!!
I weigh 220 pounds, which means I have gained 11 pounds since September. OUCH. Okay, I said I was getting serious starting today, but THAT hurts.

155. Down 3 out of the 4 I gained on vacation, still a bit away from my goal.

Ruth and Den, you need a little pick-me-up. It's the approach of winter. You've packed on a little for the cold weather, but now it's time to settle down and start taking it off gradually. A little extra exercise (Den, you could try dusting your house for once, and Ruth, you could do squats while you sew), a little substitution of one or two foods for another... you'll be laughing. I think I've said this before, but "do as I say, not as I do".
Don't get discouraged... you can do it!!!

Den and I are NOT discouraged! We are aiming to be the shortest and fattest ijn the group. And doing well at it too.
Hey, Den - I'm now officially 4'11".
Seriously, I am trying hard to get it together - just drank a glass of V8 to stave off the late afternoon munchies!

My first weigh-in for the group.
I've officially "started" my journey today.
I weighed in at 161 first thing this morning.

Oh, nonsense! Neither of you are the fattest... maybe the SHORTEST, but NOT the fattest. Stop bragging.

HEY!! We are talking height to fat ratio here!!!!
Besides, I'm really 4' 10 1/2" (I think) but my Dad measured me taller, so I rounded up. I really need to see what my height is........
Ellis-I really resent the implication that my house needs dusting. My Cat walks all the dust off all of the furniture on a regular basis!! (Of course she leaves 4 inch hairs behind in its place.....)

Hi everyone,
I was the top loser at TOPS last night, with a whopping 2 lb loss. Oh well, I will take it. I still have 2 more to get off from last weeks 4 lb gain. Yikes!! Woking out like a maddog, and loving every minute of it. So I am now 247 AGAIN!!
Hugs

Whooo hooo, Virginia!!! You're friggin' amazing, girl!!
I am going to track my food today. No, I really mean it this time.
I'm working out like a mad dog, too, and I just gained two pounds... something is wrong. Obviously I'm eating too much. But what? I'm no longer eating a bag of bridge mixture every second day! Surely that should count for SOMETHING!?
Den, please don't measure yourself. I don't want to hear that you're really 4'-3".
