Ham, cheese and tomato/lettuce sandwich on wholegrain bun that you could have used as a brick it felt so heavy
1 16oz glass of crystal light
Snack:
1 pear

Whole wheat pasta with veggies and parma rosa sauce;
1 glass of white wine
