Breakfast- fried egg with 1/2 mozza cheese
Lunch- .5 cup yellow beans, .5 cup green beans in a lemon and oil dressing, 1 0z chicken
Supper-1 cup spaghetti squash, 2 oz chicken with tomato and parm sauce over top

been full on this, if im hungry during the day, I'll have 2 eggs in the morn and its seems to do the trick

Breakfast:
apple spice wholewheat muffin
chammomile tea

Lunch:
Ham, cheese and tomato/lettuce sandwich on wholegrain bun that you could have used as a brick it felt so heavy
1 16oz glass of crystal light

Snack:
1 pear

dinner:
Whole wheat pasta with veggies and parma rosa sauce;
1 glass of white wine

Breakfast:
2 meatless breakfast patties
1 onion bagel w/ff cream cheese

and you know what? It's noon & I'm not even hungry. I'm trying to plan for lunch & nothing looks/sounds good. I have a big juicy grapefruit here for my am snack & I haven't wanted it yet...hmmm!

Maybe my body can sense I'm going to the movies later & wants to save on calories?

Breakfast:
1 packet of Quaker instant oatmeal
1 cup peppermint tea

Lunch:
1 PBJ sandwich on Oatbran bread
1 cup 2% milk
1 apple

no wonder I was so hungry when I got home this evening

Dinner:
Huge bowl of leftover pasta and veggies
1 can Fresca

Breakfast

1/2 a grapefruit
1 package of Instand Oatmeal (Golden Honey with Bran)
green tea x 2

Lunch
1 cup of baby carrots
1/4 cup lite ranch dressing
1 Lean Cuisine Frozen Dinner (Chicken & Vegetables)

nothing (oops! got too busy at work)

Snack at 11:30:
1/2 cup low fat yougurt

Lunc:
1 cup wholewheat pasta
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 mixed veg

dinner:
1 bowl of beef stew
1 dinner roll
2 cupcakes
1 can fresca

Snack at movies:
1 small size fries from burger King
