Not a Low Carb day! I'm getting bored!

B. Whole wheat bagel with salmon cream cheese
Coffee with 1 teaspoon of diet hot chocolate
L. Harry's hotter than an SOB chili - 1 cup
FF/SF yoghurt
D. Scotch
Chicken thighs cooked with peppers, onions and potatoes
(Throw it in a flat casserole, dump Italian Dressing on
and roast at 350 for an hour.)
2 glasses of wine

Be damned if I know how many carbs and cals are in this.
