Today's menu:

Breakfast:
Low fat yogurt (1/2 cup)
1 cup of Chammomile tea

Snack:
One medium size orange

Lunch:
Salami sandwich on oat bran bread with mustard
3 finger sized slices of cheese
1/2 cup milk

2 16 oz glasses of crystal light
1 glass water

Dinner: didn't feel like cooking
1bowl of homemade soup
toasted tomato sandwich on oat bran bread, no butter and 1tsp mayonnaise
1 can Fresca diet drink

That's it but the night is still young
11:07 and I ate a bag of cheezies while watching t.v.
