    8-22: wow, obviously my progress has not been ideal. I know i've been slacking off, and it stops today. Ive been eating so much junk since school started, and if i keep at it, i won't reach my goal for the month. I probably still weigh 164!
    8-29: Yeah.. I'm not weighing in today, i ate terribly
    9-5: 156.5 (goal #3 achieved, fitting into size 11)

    I've met 2 of my 3 goals. Fitting into size 11, and weighing somewhere in the 140's by October. I did not meet doing the 30 day shred, so hopefully there will be a christmas challenge I can join. Congrats to everyone with their success! I'm very proud of us

  • I'm so glad this challenge has finally started. How is everyone doing? Last week I was so busy packing and moving for my sister. I was so pooped yesterday, but then had a "pseudo-date" with a guy I really like. Happy times

    Went to aquafit again today - we had a tougher instructor this time. I was nearly worn out by the end of it. Tomorrow is biking and weights day.
  • Yes! Woke up this morning at 159... Lovin' the 150s so far I want to be down to 140 by halloween.

  • Hey Robot, hope your date was awesome!

    I'm doing much better than I thought I would. I've dropped another 2 pounds, and I'm feeling pretty darn good!

    Weird thing, thinking about this challenge is actually making me excited to welcome autumn when it comes. It's my favorite season!
