8-22: wow, obviously my progress has not been ideal. I know i've been slacking off, and it stops today. Ive been eating so much junk since school started, and if i keep at it, i won't reach my goal for the month. I probably still weigh 164!

I've met 2 of my 3 goals. Fitting into size 11, and weighing somewhere in the 140's by October. I did not meet doing the 30 day shred, so hopefully there will be a christmas challenge I can join. Congrats to everyone with their success! I'm very proud of us
