Hi everyone!
So, I'm new to this site and still checking out groups that sound cool; Alternachics sounds right up my alley! I'm a recent graduated RN, past circus/puppet performer, somewhat of an artist, and I love to travel. I'm a recovered/ing bulimic as well. I've been losing weight with slowly and healthy for the last eight months. My goal is to lose the rest of the fifty pounds I gained while in school (without being unhealthy). My main goal for this month is to lose ten pounds without and binging and purging episodes. I've been real good for a long time, but as we all know eating issues do not go away overnight. If anyone else struggles with this issue, feel free to message me privately for suggestions and support.
This is my favourite month and holiday!!! I love the fall!

Today is another day for me. I have to admit I had a binge episode yesterday....gah....!!! Finally though, I'm getting to where 9/10 I can stop a binge before it happens, so it's progress in any case.
I've gone up .5 pounds, but I know it's binge related. Now I have started a money jar where I put the cash I'd spend on a binge and save it for something fun that's not food related.

Hi Chickadees!

Sorry haven't posted, but as you can tell by my tickers I've not much at all to report. Can anyone say "backslide?" Oh well, I'll try again today. Hopefully, with the onset of fall I can at least walk and lose those 5 lbs again.

Here is to another week of weight loss! This week I lost all of the weight in one day I thought it was pretty weird but probably because I didn't eat enough this week. My children have all been home from school for their fall break and I think I was so busy with them I didn't have enough intake. But I am happy to see the loss that I have and hope this week brings more! It looks like everyone is doing really well! Have a great week everyone!!
