Posted my weight for this week, and I'm pleased! I've upped my physical work out, and realize that I need to continue doing so.
Hey kaygee41, thank you! I try to find food and drinks that will be delicious, though that's not always easy. I found the red pepper hummus recipe on allrecipes.com, and it was one of several! Robot, I know! It's my favorite hummus, and I never thought I would eat hummus at all since I hate plain hummus! I have alot of ideas in my head now on how to vary the flavor and come up with new flavors. Experiment in the kitchen time!!
I saw that others have joined late and am hoping I can too. My weight is 230 as of today. I would like to lose 30 pounds by Halloween - making it out of the 200's!
I keep leaving the community cause I can't seem to find a place to relate to others but I think I might have found it this time.
Okay. I am out until tomorrow. I weighed myself last night and weighed 15 pounds more. Than stepped on it this morning and I weighed 80 pounds more than 20 pounds less than I started. Unless I am on super diet, I think I need a new scale. I will get one tomorrow and tell you my weight.
Hey Katie! I'm doing great, trying to find the balance in my life that will make me happiest. Had to rush breakfast today because I stayed up too late this morning, and woke up at about 6:30pm. I work nights, so that's my brekkie time, lol!

I'm surprised I did so good this week. at 225 pounds I get to go in for my reward Tattoo..one I've been wanting for almost 10 years now. I have to reach 225 pounds and hold it or go lower for 10 days before I make the apointment for it. I'm so close I can almost feel the pain!
I just posted my results for last week, couple days late. No change on the scale this week, a little disappointed. I think it may be because I have gotten a bit of track the last couple of days as my allergies have been so bad that it has been difficult to work out. Trying to keep my food on track to counter act the lack of exercise. A small NSV, though, I needed to get a couple pair of new jeans, and I was able to get the next size down!
hi all! just checking in. my exercise is going well, but i can feel myself starting to veer off my diet. I am re-committing to get back on track and make goal. I have many important events in the next 12 months, and i deserve to look and feel my best.
(sorry, I just needed to pep myself up! potato chips are a BIG temptation
