Default Hello it's Indie, back for another go-around

I used to be at 3FC at the beginning of the year. I really thought that time around I would be successful in losing weight, but as usual I lost my motivation. I want to be at least a little successful this time so that when I go shopping for school clothes this fall I might be able to fit into a smaller size. Nothing makes me feel worse about myself as when I go into the itty-bitty junior sizes and can't fit into anything. So that's an update on me, hope you all are doing well x

Welcome back! I know how it feels to lose motivation and then feel pretty crappy about it. It's great you're picking yourself back up and going for it again.

I'm setting up an alternachicks challenge. You're welcome to join.

welcome back! I'm back too, after gaining ANOTHER ten pounds with knee surgery this summer. Let's stay motivated!!

As of today, I have lost 11 pounds from my highest weight (have to fix ticker), and I am really really determined this time! As they say in movie sequels, this time it's serious....

Thanks ladies. Here's the thing: I started my plan mid-July and was having success with it...then we went on vacation and I just blew it completely Then in early August I tried to start again..and failed. Now I'm back, motivation lacking, but I've GOT to make myself just do it. Mind over body.....
